This Privacy Policy explains how TCC Network ("TCC", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you choose to complete identity verification, we may process identity documents and related verification data. See Section 4 for how this is minimized, protected, and deleted.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Push notifications

We deliver push notifications (such as mining-session reminders and important announcements) using standard mobile push infrastructure. To do this, we store a device push token linked to your account. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings; doing so does not affect your ability to mine or use other features.

4. KYC & identity data

Protecting user privacy is one of our highest priorities, and identity verification is handled with data-minimization by design.

  • Before KYC documents are submitted, sensitive information (such as ID numbers, home addresses, and other unnecessary personal details) is masked whenever possible. Only the minimum information required for identity verification is transmitted.
  • KYC data is transmitted over encrypted connections and processed using industry-standard security practices.
  • Once KYC is successfully completed, the original personal data is deleted. The system retains only a cryptographic digital signature — a one-way verification record that can confirm your KYC status but cannot be reversed to reconstruct your original personal information.

Additional details will be announced before KYC begins.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw), the performance of our agreement with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (security and improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate legal, security, and operational purposes. Original KYC documents are deleted after successful verification as described above. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 9.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your profile directly in the app, and you may contact us to exercise other rights. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (at minimum, under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. International transfers

TCC Network operates globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
