These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCC Network mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TCC Network ("TCC", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at minimum 13 years old) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
3. The Service
TCC Network is a community-driven, mobile-first project that lets members mine TCC, build referral teams, participate in community chat, and explore Web3 features. Parts of the Service — including the wallet, blockchain, and SDKs — are in a testnet phase and may be reset, changed, or discontinued as development continues.
4. Accounts
- You typically need an invitation (referral) code from an existing member to register.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Usernames are case-sensitive: for example, "VanTien" and "vantien" may be different accounts. Enter your username exactly as registered.
- One person should maintain a single account. Creating multiple or automated accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Mining & rewards
- Mining runs in sessions (for example, a 24-hour session per tap) and does not require the app to stay open.
- Mining rates decrease over time (similar to Bitcoin halving) to protect scarcity and reward early participation.
- Balances reflect participation within the community program. They do not represent a promise of value, payout, listing, or convertibility, and may be adjusted during testnet resets or to correct abuse.
6. Referrals
You may invite others to join. You agree not to send spam, make misleading claims (including promises of profit), or use deceptive practices to grow a referral team. We may void rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
7. Identity verification (KYC)
Some features may require identity verification. If you choose to complete KYC, you agree to provide accurate documents. We handle verification data with data-minimization and delete original personal data after successful verification, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to mine, register, or manipulate the Service.
- Create fake or multiple accounts, or exploit bugs, loopholes, or vulnerabilities.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited promotions.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users, or post illegal, hateful, or abusive content in chat.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with the Service's operation.
9. Community & chat
Community features include public rooms and private messages, with reporting, blocking, and moderation tools. You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, logos, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by TCC Network or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you create, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service may integrate third-party services (such as app stores, cloud hosting, email, and push-notification providers) and may offer single sign-on ("Login with TCC") to partner apps. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Testnet features may change or reset without notice. TCC tokens carry no guarantee of value.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC Network and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months or USD 100.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.
15. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting the Core Team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
