NFT Marketplace Terms

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Marketplace Terms govern your use of the TCC NFT Marketplace — the pages, wallet tools, and on-chain market program that let you mint, list, buy, sell, auction and rent NFTs on the TCC blockchain. They are additional to our general Terms of Service; where the two conflict on a marketplace matter, this document controls.

Read this before you spend anything. The marketplace is non-custodial and settles on a public blockchain. Transactions are final and cannot be reversed — not by us, not by anyone. If you lose your recovery phrase, your assets are gone permanently. Nobody at TCC can restore them.

1. Acceptance

By connecting a wallet to the marketplace, or by minting, listing, bidding on, buying or renting any NFT through it, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Marketplace Terms, the Terms of Service, the Content & Moderation Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.

2. What the marketplace is

The marketplace is a non-custodial interface to a market program deployed on the TCC blockchain. We publish a website that helps you build and sign transactions; the transactions themselves are executed by the chain, not by us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at minimum 13 years old) and legally permitted to hold and transact digital assets where you live. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the marketplace is lawful in your location, and for complying with any licensing, reporting, sanctions or tax obligations that apply to you.

4. Your wallet and your keys

Your wallet key is generated on your device, encrypted with your PIN, and stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us and we do not hold a copy.

5. Minting

When you mint an NFT you create a token on the TCC blockchain that points to media and metadata stored on IPFS.

What you promise when you mint

Permanence

Content published to IPFS is public and effectively permanent. Anyone can copy it, and third-party gateways may keep serving it indefinitely. Delisting or hiding an NFT on our website removes it from our interface only — it does not delete the token from the blockchain, and it does not delete the media from IPFS. Do not mint anything you may later need erased.

6. Listings, auctions and rentals

The market program supports three listing types:

Listing terms are enforced by the on-chain program. We cannot alter, pause, reverse or arbitrate an individual listing. Auction end times are measured in blocks, not clock time; block production can vary, so the wall-clock end time is an estimate.

7. Fees

The market program charges a protocol fee on completed sales. The fee rate is a parameter set on-chain when the market program was deployed (2.5% at launch) and is always readable directly from the program — the on-chain value is authoritative, not any figure shown in our interface.

You also pay ordinary network transaction costs. Creators may set royalties where the program supports them; royalties are enforced only to the extent the on-chain program enforces them.

8. Finality — no refunds, no reversals

Every marketplace transaction is final. Once a transaction is included in a block it cannot be cancelled, reversed, charged back or refunded by us, by the seller, or by anyone else.

This includes, without limitation: paying the wrong price, buying the wrong token, sending to a wrong address, bidding by mistake, buying an asset that is later found to be infringing or misdescribed, and losing an auction you intended to win. Check every transaction before you sign it.

9. What you get when you buy

Buying an NFT transfers the token on the blockchain. Unless the creator has separately and explicitly granted them in writing, it does not transfer:

We do not verify creators' identities, do not authenticate artworks, and do not confirm that a seller holds the rights they claim. Verify independently before you buy.

10. Prohibited listings

Content that breaches our Content & Moderation Policy — including stolen artwork, scams and impersonation, sexual content, violent or hateful material, and any depiction of child sexual abuse — must not be minted or listed. Listings that breach the policy may be hidden from our interface, and severe cases are reported to the relevant authorities.

Rights holders can request removal through the IP Takedown Procedure.

11. Community reporting and moderation

Any wallet may report a listing. Reports are signed by the reporting wallet, so each wallet counts once. When three distinct wallets report the same listing it is hidden from our interface automatically, pending review by an administrator. An administrator may restore the listing or leave it hidden. Restoring a listing also makes it immune to the reports that triggered the hide.

Reports are visible to administrators, including the reporting wallet address. Filing reports in bad faith — to suppress a competitor, for example — is itself a breach of these Terms. Full detail is in the Content & Moderation Policy.

12. Risk disclosure

You can lose everything you put in. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

13. No advice, no offering

Nothing on the marketplace or in this document is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to sell securities in any jurisdiction. You transact solely on your own judgement and at your own risk.

14. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your marketplace activity, including on sales, royalties, rentals and disposals. We do not withhold tax and do not provide tax reporting.

15. Availability and changes

The marketplace interface is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the interface at any time, including hiding listings or wallets, without prior notice. Because the market program lives on a public blockchain, it may keep operating even if our interface does not.

We may update these Marketplace Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced through official channels. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC Network and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of assets, tokens, NFTs, keys, profits, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to the marketplace — including losses caused by transaction finality, smart-contract defects, price movements, fraudulent listings, network faults, or loss of your recovery phrase.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Marketplace Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Core Team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
